SHIPPING ESTIMATE AND DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders are processed (Product time) within 3-4 days in business days.Shipping Option:

In the event we charge a shipping fee for the delivery of a purchased Product, such shipping fees will be refunded proportionately by us pursuant to any return or cancellation of the Product. You acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all Products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon the delivery of the purchased Products to you.

Please Note:

Shipping time doesn’t include our 3-4 days of order processing time.
You have up to 24 hours after purchase to cancel your order. However, cancellations made after this period will incur a 30% fee due to production already in progress.
Orders placed after 7:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the next business day.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Customer should inform us within 7 days of arrival of the item.
Items must be flawed or damaged in order to be eligible.
Delivered item has wrong design, wrong item, wrong design, wrong style and faulty.
Delivery Damage (Refunds for delivery damage are available only if shipping insurance was selected during checkout.)
Order has not been delivered within 30 days, we offer either a refund or replacement, excluding cases of incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or missed parcel deliveries.
All items have to be in their original packaging and well-packed for shipping
A print-out of the invoice must be included
Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).

Plug Type: USB or US/UK/AU/EU (Note to order if need to change plug)
Two styles: With Light or Without Light
Size is calculated according to the longest length of the product (can be height or width, depending on each design)
Example: If you choose the 10” height, please note that a 10” height sign including the height of stake, and the shorter side (width) is not 10”. Usually, the stake height is one/two third(s) of the overall height.

USAGE:

Can be used indoors and outdoors. The metal sign is equipped with pre-designed hanging holes and includes screws for easy installation. It can be conveniently hung anywhere using just a few nails or screws.
